Such is the story of Nitin P Mawale who has been honoured with Teaching Excellence Awards 2019 (TEA - 2019) as Excellent Teacher. TEA - 2019 was an effort of MT Research and Educational Services (MTRES) in association with Buzzingg and Upalabdhiyan to recognition the best teachers for their special contribution in respective domain.

Mr. Mawale is currently Assistant Professor in the department of Electronic & Telecommunication Systems at AISSMS College of Engineering, Pune. With areas of interest in VLSI and Embedded Systems, he has served at many other organizations as well. He did Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering and B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. He got a percentile of 92.63 in GATE-2002.
He has taught various subjects such as Digital Logic Design, Digital Electronics, Control Systems, Instrumental Systems, Business Management and Organisation etc. He handled responsibilities of Student Branch Counselor of Computer Society of India, Faculty Advisor of Institute of Engineers, NBA Criteria In-charge at Department Level, Chairman: Students Chapter Committee at Institute Level and NAAC Coordinator at Department Level.

Mr. Mawale has been honoured with Best Engineering College Students Chapter Award by Institution of Engineers, Third Best Engineering College Students Chapter Award by Institution of Engineers, India Best Students Chapter Award by Computer Society of India and Dynamic Leadership by Institution of Engineers.
He has attended many Conferences and Workshops. He has guided 17 UG students and 2 PG students. He has organised many Industrial Visits and has good exposure of industrial experience. He has published / presented 12+ research papers in journals / conferences. He is member of Institute of Engineers, Indian Society for Technical Education, International Association of Engineers and International Association of Engineers.
